At Vanilla Children Place, Mylapore
Vanilla Children’s Place and Storytrails presents ‘Stories on
Madras’ for children aged 6yrs-12 yrs;
4 - 6pm, 15 - 20 seats only.
This evening of storytelling will touch upon some stories of of
buildings, monuments and of people that lived there. Tid-bits,
trivia, history, and myth - some to listen to and some to tell, some
for information and some for fun!

Puppetry, will conduct a session on simple puppet making based on
Chennai's wildlife, to create awareness about wildlife in and
around Chennai, its importance as natural heritage of the city and
the role of children in protecting and conserving them.

(In association with and for the children of Ananya School
for Dyslexic Children). 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM (for children between
6-12 yrs)
Peacock Trail, a walk in Mylapore takes the kids through an
exciting discovery of the traditional heart of the city. A walk
that is garnished with a spot of history, a pinch of culture, a
dash of tradition, and a bundle of stories – stories about the
local life, of Gods and demons, and of Mylapore and Madras.
