- G-Pay Rs.200 (event expense cost) – Pay to – 73056 30727. or use below QR code
- Then WhatsApp the payment copy and your name, short address and phone number to WA – 73056 30727.
- You will be given a Contest Serial Number via WhatsApp.
- The contest is open to first 40 teams, first come, first serve basis.
CONTEST REGULATIONS
- Arrive at contest venue by 2 p.m. on Aug.25 (Primary School opposite San Thome Cathedral) and re-confirm your entry at Help Desk. Get your sticker for your bike. Sign the indemnity form. Make sure you wear helmets.
- For each start of the ride, 5 bike teams will be called to Start Point. Clues Sheet will be given. You have 2 minutes here to plan the full / part route. Then all 5 bikers must take off!
- Please take photos of each point you locate from the clue and retain it in your phone for our re-check, if needed.
- The organisers are not making any special arrangements on any roads you will take for the event. Please obey traffic rules.
- Please return to Venue 100 minutes after Flag Off. This is IMPORTANT. If you return after the cut off time, you cannot be considered for prizes.
The Prizes event takes place at 5.30 pm. - The winners are chosen by the number of spots correctly located. If there is a tie, the time taken for the drive is considered – the quicker team gets chosen. Decision of judges is final
